Appointments are available in person at our office in Wellington, Florida, and virtually through teletherapy across the state of Florida.

If you are looking for answers, testing is often the best starting point. If you are mainly looking for support and skills, therapy may be a better fit. If you are not sure, that is okay. Reach out and we will talk through what makes the most sense.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients come weekly or every other week, depending on goals and scheduling.

We keep the process clear from the start. 1. You reach out to request an appointment or call. 2. You complete intake paperwork so we understand your goals. 3. We meet for an intake session to talk through concerns and questions. 4. You attend 1 to 3 evaluation sessions, depending on the referral needs. 5. We hold a feedback session where we review results in plain language and share clear next steps.
